Stronger Leaders.
Stronger Teams.

The Uncaged L.A.B. was built for organizations that put people first and genuinely invest in their growth. Even so, leaders and employees often experience the same culture in very different ways. Biology tells us people do their best work when they feel safe, know what’s expected of them, and trust the people leading them. When incentives, goals, and leadership communication line up, a strong workforce becomes a real competitive advantage.

Drawing on 20+ years of leadership in life sciences, we use the science of human behavior and Energy Leadership to help leadership teams close that gap, speak with one voice, and keep their best people. For executive women, we go a level deeper, because leading in male-dominated rooms while balancing career and family brings pressures of its own.

THE FOUNDER'S ETHOS

Lead Like People Matter.

For more than 20 years, I led high-performing teams in biotech. My teams delivered, and I believe it was because I built trust with them, led with empathy, and invested in the people doing the work. I also watched leaders who saw only the bottom line drain the energy from everyone around them, and I watched highly capable women dim their strengths in male-dominated rooms and assume the problem was them.

Leading one team at a time was no longer enough. I wanted to reach more people, so I built The Uncaged L.A.B. to teach leaders how to put people first and turn that into a competitive advantage with results that last. I also coach women to take up their full space in male-dominated rooms, because their people-first instincts and organization are a business advantage.

“Working with Jennifer over our 12-week coaching journey was nothing short of transformative. From day one, she created a safe, intuitive space where I felt truly seen, heard, and supported. Jennifer took the time to deeply understand my goals, helping me navigate my inner blocks with extraordinary skill, grace, and patience. Rather than handing me answers, she empowered me to find my own, guiding me to step fully into my agency, build genuine confidence, and gain absolute clarity on how I want to show up with my family, friends, on the job, and others. She balances deep support with purposeful accountability, giving me the room to design an action plan that felt authentic and achievable for my life. Jennifer doesn't just practice coaching; she lives and breathes her mission to elevate others.”

"I had the opportunity to work with Jennifer during our time at Catalent as the business unit's Head of HR. Jennifer always placed a premium and a priority on talent depth and development of her team. In particular she made a visible and intentional effort to mentor and coach leaders across the organization, especially technical scientists who were interested in making a career development move to a front line supervisor or leader role."

CLARITY BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Your Questions, Answered

We know that stepping into something new requires trust. If you have any concerns about the process, time, or cost, we’re here to provide total transparency. Your safety and clarity are our priority.

Are the assessments really free?

Yes. The diagnostic tools are entirely free. There are no hidden fees or obligations. This will give you a clear starting point for your journey and insights on where to focus.

How much time do the assessments take?

Around 10-15 minutes. We've designed them to be efficient and highly focused, so you can uncover where you and your team might be stuck and move forward with intention.

Will my answers be kept private?

Absolutely. Your privacy is sacred to us. Your diagnostic results are for your eyes only, and we never share your personal information with anyone.

What if I'm not ready for a workshop or coaching agreement?

That's completely fine. The assessments provide immediate value and actionable insights on their own. You can take what you learn and apply it at a pace that feels safe for you.
